Estimating the time needed for PC configuration or repair can sometimes be difficult. However, you will be told the estimated time at all stages of any work done. For any hardware and new components requirements, rather than being told that an item is being supplied and added to your bill, you will be consulted, and wherever possible secondary options will be given. The first hour is charged fully along with the call out, and after that by the minute. You will not be charged for any time not spent specifically on your equipment. Britinformatica will always try to make the process of repairing, configuring or upgrading your PC as easy and cost efficient as possible. |
